Forging the Future for Energy Efficiency: 2022 COVID Policies
Conference attendees must share proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test at the registration desk in order to participate in Forging the Future for Energy Efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on COVID guidance at the Philadelphia Navy Yard:
“Forging the Future” is taking place at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. KEEA and EEA-NJ will adhere to COVID protocols set by Penn State (who manage the indoor conference venue), the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) (who manage outdoor areas at the Navy Yard), and management for any other venue hosting any conference element.
Mask usage during the conference is currently recommended but not required unless signage, venue rules, or local ordinances dictate otherwise.
COVID rules issued by Penn State, PIDC, the city of Philadelphia, or other relevant authorities are subject to change and may trigger changes in KEEA, EEA-NJ, & EEA’s conference policies.
Please note that attendees will not be permitted on Penn State property if they meet any of the following conditions:
They have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 or any variant thereof
They have been in close contact with someone recently diagnosed with COVID-19 or any variant thereof
They are awaiting the results of a COVID-19/variant test
They are experiencing symptoms generally associated with COVID-19 or any variant
