Ellen brings more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles within the clean energy sector, including roles at government agencies, utility companies and a wind energy corporation. Prior to founding Clean Markets, Ellen was the Director of Marketing for Exelon’s $1.5 billion portfolio of unregulated businesses and served as the Director of Eastern U.S. Development for Gamesa Energy, one of the world’s largest wind technology companies. She has also served as a Regional Director and National Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Her experience in both senior corporate and government roles and her position at Clean Markets enables her to not only develop innovative business and marketing strategies for her clients, but to also drive the successful operational execution of those plans.

Ellen’s expertise includes all aspects of product launches, clean energy market strategy creation, strategic partnerships and product development. Ellen received a Master’s degree in Energy Resources Management from Southbank University in London and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Montclair University in New Jersey. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Energy Coordinating Agency of Philadelphia and the Wissahickon Charter School.
