Performance Manager, Exelon

  • As Exelon Utilities, Performance Assessment Manager, William is responsible for developing and driving strategy and priorities for core functions across all of Exelon. Work includes identifying and ensuring adoption of best practices by benchmarking and drawing expertise from across the OpCo’s, the industry and outside the industry.
  • As Performance Assessment Manager, William chairs Exelon Utilities “peer groups” which includes Demand Side Management, Solar, and eChannels. His work there includes leading and supporting side by side peer group comparisons with a focus on Critical Performance Elements. Leading self assessments and analyzing metrics while recommending solutions for improvement in areas that are not performing optimally. As a subject matter expert in Energy Efficiency and Distributed Energy Resources, William has delivered numerous white papers and presentations including recent work on Combined Heat and Power. He has earned numerous awards and honors including: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Energy Star Partner of the Year, Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Young Energy Professional of the Year, and most recently Association of Energy Services Professional, One to Watch Award.
