Lloyd Kass is Senior Vice President for Utility Strategy at Lime Energy, a New Jersey based national provider of energy efficiency services to utilities and their commercial customers. Over the last several years, Lime has completed more than 140,000 energy efficiency projects in small and medium businesses, resulting in 1.6 million MWh in annual energy savings. Lloyd is entering his fourth year at Lime. Prior to joining Lime, he directed groundbreaking public-facility energy efficiency initiatives at New York Power Authority in keeping with Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s clean energy vision. Mr. Kass also founded and led the Northeast regional office of Willdan Energy Solutions, a commercial energy efficiency leader. Lloyd serves on the board of the South-Central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource in Austin, Texas. Lloyd also works as an educator. Since 2009, he has been an adjunct professor of public administration and environmental policy at Columbia University in New York.
