Liz Robinson served as the Executive Director of the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) its inception in 1984 until she stepped down in August of 2017. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Goucher College with a BA in International Relations and holds an MFA from Wayne State University. She brings over 35 years of experience in clean energy policy and practice, community development, training and education to her current role as an independent consultant.

ECA is a non-profit corporation which provides a full range of energy efficiency and workforce development services in theMid-Atlantic region.  ECA and its network of Neighborhood Energy Centers serve more than 20,000 low income households every year, providing services whose value exceeds $20,000,000. ECA is a leader in energy efficient, sustainable housing and is currently doing innovative work in the Healthy Homes field.  In 2010, ECA launched the Green Jobs Training Center, to meet the workforce needs of the rapidly growing clean energy industry.  ECA trains to national standards in energy efficiency, solar PV and environmental remediation.
