Kerry is the Manager of the Energy Policy and Technology Deployment Division within the Office of Pollution Prevention and Energy Assistance of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). He manages the State Energy Program, which involves developing and implementing programs, in coordination with the US Department of Energy, to meet Pennsylvania’s energy efficiency and renewable energy goals. He has previously worked in the Air Quality and Waste Management Programs for DEP. Kerry received an M.S. in Agronomy, a B.S. in Biology, and a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management, all from Penn State University.
