Eric joined KEEA in October 2015. As Policy Counsel, Eric supports the efforts of KEEA’s Executive Director in policy writing, research, analysis, as well as communications to advance the energy efficiency economy in Pennsylvania.

Before working with KEEA, Eric served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Law Environmental Law Journal, and worked to protect Pennsylvania citizens’ right to clean air. Eric is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and holds degrees from Villanova University School of Law (J.D.), and the University of Connecticut (B.S., Resource Economics).
