Ms. Triscari is the Deputy Small Business Advocate for Pennsylvania’s Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA).  As Deputy Small Business Advocate, she supervises OSBA’s representation of the interests of small businesses in litigation before the Public Utility Commission and state and federal courts.  Pennsylvania is currently the only state with an advocate solely dedicated to protecting the interests of small business ratepayers in utility and energy matters.  Ms. Triscari serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, serving on the Executive Council of the Commission on Women in the Profession and as Secretary of the Public Utility Law Section.  She is also a Barrister in the James S. Bowman American Inn of Court.  Before returning to her hometown of Harrisburg and joining the OSBA, Ms. Triscari was in private practice in Manhattan as a corporate bankruptcy litigator.  Ms. Triscari received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
