With a decade of experience shaping energy policy, Anna leads Oracle Utilities’ regulatory and policy strategy in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining Oracle, Anna led Opower’s regulatory efforts throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic, working closely with utilities to help them navigate the regulatory process and requirements to successfully implement energy efficiency programs.
As a consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy, Anna worked with foreign governments and international stakeholders to develop global energy efficiency programs and improve product efficiency standards on behalf of the Clean Energy Ministerial. Anna has also served as a Senior Advisor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science, and developed strategic partnerships with external funders and research organizations at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Anna holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
