Alison Steele joined the KEEA Board of Directors in January 2015. She brings with her extensive experience in the energy industry and is currently serving as the Manager of Community Programs & Advocacy at Conservation Consultants, Inc. In her role at CCI, she leads community engagement activities that result in energy efficiency education, home weatherization projects, and advocacy for public policy that improves home efficiency and home performance. Prior to starting at CCI, Alison was the Director of Utility Solutions at Encentiv Energy and spent time as a sustainability consultant in the Pittsburgh area.
A published author in the subject of corporate energy efficiency initiative adoption, Alison earned her undergraduate degree in Physics from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey and her MBA in Sustainability from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Outside of work, Alison is an avid runner and sings in a choir that performs music from the middle ages.
